Vendor Agreement

1. Introduction

This Vendor Agreement governs participation by vendors, businesses, service providers, and community partners on the Noble Nikah platform.

2. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must:

• Operate lawfully.
• Provide accurate business information.
• Maintain necessary licences or certifications.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate listings.
• Delivering advertised services.
• Responding professionally to customers.
• Complying with Platform policies.
• Ensuring lawful and ethical conduct.

4. Prohibited Vendor Activities

Vendors may not:

• Misrepresent products or services.
• Engage in deceptive advertising.
• Use unlawful marketing practices.
• Harass or exploit users.
• Upload prohibited content.

5. Fees and Payments

Vendor services may include:

• Subscription fees.
• Promotional fees.
• Transaction fees.
• Advertising costs.

All applicable fees will be communicated separately.

6. Listings and Content

Vendors retain ownership of submitted content but grant Noble Nikah permission to:

• Display listings.
• Promote listings.
• Use branding for Platform operations.
• Moderate or remove content.

7. Moderation Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Reject or remove listings.
• Suspend vendor accounts.
• Investigate complaints.
• Restrict vendor access.

8. Customer Relationships

Transactions between vendors and customers are primarily between those parties.

Noble Nikah is not responsible for:

• Product quality.
• Service delivery.
• Customer disputes.
• Vendor conduct outside the Platform.

9. Compliance and Safety

Vendors must comply with:

• Consumer protection laws.
• Advertising standards.
• Privacy obligations.
• Safety regulations.

10. Termination

Vendor access may be terminated for:

• Policy violations.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Repeated complaints.
• Legal or safety concerns.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Noble Nikah shall not be liable for losses arising from vendor participation or customer disputes.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
