Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time before your next renewal — no calls, no retention games. Your plan stays active until the period you paid for ends, then drops to Free.
Refunds?
Within 14 days of first payment, full refund, no questions asked. After that we pro-rate. Specific situations (medical, family emergency) we handle case-by-case — email billing@noblenikah.net.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Yes. Standard and Premium can pause for up to 90 days — you keep your profile and history, but messaging and contact reveal go read-only. Resume restores everything.
What's the Charity tier mentioned elsewhere?
Charity is full-Premium access granted at no cost to members whose financial situation prevents paying. Apply via support@noblenikah.net — no shaming, no public list.
Do you take Sri Lankan cards?
Yes. Visa, Master, Amex, and most LK-issued cards via Stripe. We bill in LKR — no FX surprises.
